    Production Process

    1. Raw Material Preparation: High-purity sponge titanium is extracted from titanium concentrate through beneficiation, chlorination and reduction processes, and then smelted multiple times in a vacuum arc furnace to produce titanium ingots with uniform composition and low impurity content.
    2. Preliminary Processing: The titanium ingot is forged and cogged to eliminate internal defects, optimize the grain structure, and form a titanium blank that meets the rolling requirements.
    3. Rolling Processing: According to the product thickness and performance requirements, hot rolling or cold rolling process is selected; hot rolling is suitable for medium-thick plates, and the material density is improved through high-temperature rolling; cold rolling is suitable for thin plates, and rolling parameters are strictly controlled to ensure dimensional accuracy.
    4. Vacuum Annealing: The rolled titanium plate is placed in a vacuum annealing furnace and treated at a specific temperature and holding time to eliminate processing internal stress, adjust the grain structure, and improve material toughness, ductility and corrosion resistance.
    5. Finishing Processing: Through leveling, cutting, surface treatment (pickling, polishing, etc.), non-destructive testing (ultrasonic testing, ray testing, etc.) steps, the finished titanium plates & sheets with precise dimensions and qualified surfaces are obtained, with material inspection report and quality certificate attached.
