Production Process
- Raw Material Preparation: High-purity sponge titanium is extracted from titanium concentrate through beneficiation, chlorination and reduction processes, smelted into titanium ingots by vacuum arc furnace, and then made into titanium wires of different specifications through wire drawing process.
- Titanium Wire Pretreatment: The titanium wire is pickled and annealed to remove surface oxide scale and impurities, and improve the toughness and weavability of the titanium wire.
- Weaving Forming: According to the mesh size and weaving method (plain weave/twill weave/Dutch weave), the titanium wire is woven into a mesh blank by a precision weaving machine.
- Vacuum Annealing: The woven titanium mesh is placed in a vacuum annealing furnace to eliminate weaving internal stress, and improve material toughness, corrosion resistance and dimensional stability.
- Finishing Processing: The annealed titanium mesh is cut, leveled, surface treated (pickling/polishing), edge treated, and welded into shape if necessary; finally, quality inspection (mesh precision, wire diameter tolerance, etc.) is carried out to ensure the product is qualified, with material inspection report and quality certificate attached.
Welded Titanium Pipe Production Process
- Raw Material Preparation: Titanium concentrate is made into titanium ingots through a series of processes, and then rolled into titanium plates of different thicknesses.
- Plate Pretreatment: The titanium plate is cut and pickled to remove surface oxide scale and impurities, ensuring the plate surface is flat and clean.
- Stamping Forming: According to the hole diameter and hole type requirements, the titanium plate is stamped by a precision stamping machine and a custom mold to make a mesh blank.
- Subsequent Processing: The stamped titanium mesh is deburred and leveled, and vacuum annealed and surface polished if necessary.
- Finishing and Packaging: The titanium mesh is subjected to custom processing such as cutting and edge hemming, and packaged after passing the quality inspection, with material inspection report and quality certificate attached.
