High-End Manufacturing and Metallurgy Industry Solutions
The high-end manufacturing and metallurgy industry focuses on core processes such as precision cutting, forming, and alloy modification, imposing extremely high requirements on the hardness, wear resistance, high-temperature stability, and process adaptability of metal materials. From cutting tools of CNC machine tools and metallurgical rolls to precision forging dies for aerospace components, the performance of metal materials directly determines product precision, processing efficiency, and service life. Relying on special metal processing technology and alloy optimization capabilities, Yunjie provides customized material and component solutions that comply with industry standards, which have been widely applied in precision mechanical processing, iron and steel metallurgy, high-end mold manufacturing and other fields.
Targeting core scenarios such as cutting processing and mold forming in high-end manufacturing, as well as alloy modification and rolling forming in the metallurgy industry, combined with the performance advantages of various special metals, we provide accurately adapted product solutions and performance guarantees:

The core advantage of tungsten lies in the extremely high hardness of tungsten carbide materials made from it, with an HRC hardness of up to 90+. It has excellent wear resistance and good high-temperature stability, making it the preferred material for high-end cutting tools and wear-resistant components.
The tungsten plates, tungsten and tungsten alloy rods, customized tungsten processed parts and tungsten special-shaped parts of Baoji Yunjie have a feed rate of up to 0.2mm/r under precision cutting conditions, and the service life of continuous cutting stainless steel workpieces is ≥8000 minutes, fully meeting the efficient processing needs of high-end manufacturing.
Molybdenum has the characteristic of high high-temperature strength, and can maintain stable mechanical properties in environments above 1200℃. At the same time, as an alloy additive, it can effectively refine grains and improve the strength and toughness of the matrix material.
Adding 0.1%-0.5% can significantly refine steel grains and increase the yield strength of steel by ≥15%. The high-purity molybdenum plates, molybdenum rods, and high-lanthanum molybdenum customized parts are widely used in heating furnaces and PCD composite tools.

Titanium has both wear resistance and lightweight advantages, with a density of only 57% that of steel. It is resistant to corrosion by cutting fluids and coolants, and has prominent advantages in lightweight and wear-resistant scenarios.
Surface hardness can reach above HV800 after nitriding, the corrosion resistance time to cutting fluids is ≥3000 hours, and the weight is 43% lighter than steel components under the same strength.
As an alloying element, nickel can significantly enhance corrosion resistance and toughness. The nickel plates (Ni content ≥99.5%) produced by Baoji Yunjie can extend the neutral salt spray corrosion resistance time of stainless steel from 200 hours to more than 1000 hours, and the room-temperature impact toughness of nickel alloy components is ≥100J/cm².
The core advantage of niobium is grain refinement. Adding 0.02%-0.05% can increase the yield strength of automotive frame steel from 345MPa to above 590MPa. It can refine the steel grain size from 100μm to below 20μm, and improve hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion resistance by 50%.
