1. Tungsten: Structural Guardian Under Extreme High Temperatures

With an ultra-high temperature resistance of over 3410℃, a high specific gravity of 19.3g/cm³, and excellent impact resistance, tungsten has become a core material for extreme high-temperature scenarios in aerospace. In terms of application scenarios, it is suitable for rocket engine nozzle throats, directly withstanding gas scouring above 3000℃; it is also used for counterweights in spacecraft inertial navigation systems and housings of high-temperature sensors. The precision tungsten rods, tungsten alloy forgings, and tungsten sheets with an accuracy of ±0.02mm produced by Baoji Yunjie Metal maintain a tensile strength of over 500MPa and an impact toughness of not less than 12J/cm² at 1600℃, ensuring no structural deformation under extreme high temperatures.

2. Molybdenum: Core Carrier for Efficient Thermal Management

Molybdenum exhibits high-temperature resistance of 1668℃, stable high-temperature strength, excellent thermal conductivity of 138W/(m·K), and good processability, playing a crucial role in aerospace thermal management scenarios. Specifically, it can be applied to guide vanes of aero-engine combustion chambers to optimize gas flow; used as thermal radiation shields for spacecraft to effectively insulate extreme temperatures; and manufactured into heating elements for high-temperature furnaces. Baoji Yunjie Metal's molybdenum alloy plates, molybdenum tubes, precision molybdenum foils with a thickness of 0.05-0.5mm, and various molybdenum special-shaped parts have a creep rate of only 0.02%/1000h at 1200℃, and their thermal conductivity is 3 times that of stainless steel.

3. Niobium: Dual Responsibility for Lightweight and Radiation Resistance

Niobium possesses excellent high-temperature toughness, and its lightweight density of 8.57g/cm³ gives it obvious advantages. It also has excellent radiation resistance and corrosion resistance to liquid metals. Its application scenarios include skin support structures of hypersonic vehicles; used as pipelines for nuclear thermal propulsion systems; and spacecraft reactor shielding components. The niobium alloy rods, niobium plates, and processed parts produced by Baoji Yunjie Metal have a tensile strength of ≥350MPa at 1000℃ and an elongation of over 20%, with no cracking risk in temperature cycles from -200℃ to 1500℃.

4. Titanium: Benchmark Material for Aerospace Lightweight

Titanium has the world's leading specific strength, can withstand an extreme temperature range of -253℃ to 600℃, and has excellent fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance. In applications, TC4/TC11 titanium alloys can be made into titanium alloy fan blades for high-bypass ratio engines with a profile contour accuracy of ±0.08mm; they are also used for fuselage frames, landing gear components, and spacecraft fuel tanks. The TC4/TC11 titanium alloy forgings, titanium plates, titanium tubes, and precision titanium processed parts of Baoji Yunjie Metal have a room-temperature tensile strength of ≥950MPa and a density of only 57% that of steel, which can achieve a lightweight weight reduction of over 30% for equipment.
