    Titanium Flange Production Process

    1. Raw Material Preparation: High-purity sponge titanium is extracted from titanium concentrate through beneficiation, chlorination and reduction processes, and then smelted multiple times in a vacuum arc furnace to produce titanium ingots with uniform composition and low impurity content, which are then forged into flange blanks.
    2. Pre-Forging Heating: Put the titanium flange blank into a high-temperature furnace and heat it to a suitable temperature to ensure good ductility of the blank for subsequent processing.
    3. Forging Forming: Adopt free forging or die forging process to forge the blank into a flange blank, improving material density and structural strength.
    4. Machining: Use CNC lathes, milling machines and other equipment to perform precision machining such as turning, drilling and milling the sealing surface on the flange blank to ensure dimensional accuracy and sealing surface finish.
    5. Heat Treatment: Put the processed flange into a vacuum annealing furnace for annealing treatment to eliminate processing internal stress, improve material toughness and corrosion resistance.
    6. Quality Inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspections through dimensional accuracy inspection, sealing surface flatness inspection, ultrasonic flaw detection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, etc. After passing the inspection, package and leave the factory with material inspection report and quality certificate attached.

    Titanium Fastener Production Process

    1. Raw Material Preparation: Use high-quality titanium wire or bar as raw material, and perform surface pretreatment (pickling, grinding) to remove oxide scale and impurities.
    2. Forming Processing: The heads of bolts, screws, etc. are formed by cold heading or hot heading process, and the rod size is adjusted by wire drawing process; nuts are formed by cold heading or machining process.
    3. Thread Processing: Process threads by thread rolling or tapping process to ensure thread accuracy and finish.
    4. Heat Treatment: Put the fasteners into a vacuum annealing furnace for annealing treatment to improve toughness and fatigue resistance.
    5. Surface Treatment: Perform pickling, sandblasting, polishing or phosphating treatment according to requirements to improve corrosion resistance and assembly performance.
    6. Quality Inspection: Conduct dimensional inspection, thread accuracy inspection, hardness test, corrosion resistance test, etc. After passing the inspection, package and leave the factory with quality inspection report attached.

    Titanium Custom Machined Part Production Process

    1. Demand Docking: Receive customer drawings or samples, and clarify product dimensions, performance, material, surface treatment and batch requirements.
    2. Process Planning: Formulate a detailed processing technology plan according to customer requirements, and determine processing equipment, processes and parameters.
    3. Raw Material Preparation: Select titanium or titanium alloy plates, bars and other raw materials that meet the requirements, and perform cutting and pretreatment.
    4. Precision Machining: Process and form according to drawing requirements through CNC turning, milling, grinding, drilling, welding and other processes.
    5. Heat Treatment and Surface Treatment: Perform vacuum annealing, solution aging and other heat treatments, as well as pickling, polishing and other surface treatments as needed.
    6. Quality Inspection: Strictly conduct dimensional accuracy inspection, appearance inspection, performance testing, etc. according to customer drawing requirements to ensure the product meets the requirements.
