    Production Process

    1. Raw Material Preparation: Tantalum ore is processed through mineral processing, enrichment, reduction, and other processes to extract high-purity tantalum sponge, which is then refined and melted multiple times in a vacuum arc furnace to produce high-purity tantalum ingots (Ta content ≥ 99.95%, uniform composition, extremely low impurity content) complying with American Standard R05200 grade.
    2. Hot Rolling Processing: The tantalum ingot is heated to a specific temperature and then hot-rolled into a tantalum billet with uniform thickness, eliminating internal defects of the ingot and improving material density.
    3. Cold Rolling Processing: According to the required finished product thickness, the hot-rolled billet undergoes multiple passes of cold rolling, with precise control of the reduction amount per pass, and gradually rolled into a pure tantalum foil/strip billet close to the finished product specification to ensure dimensional accuracy.
    4. Intermediate Annealing: Intermediate annealing is inserted during the cold rolling process to eliminate processing internal stress, restore material plasticity, and avoid cracking, deformation, and other problems in subsequent processing.

    Production Process

    1. Finished Product Annealing: According to the customer's required processing state (soft state, hard state), the cold-rolled pure tantalum foils and strips undergo finished product annealing treatment, with precise control of annealing temperature and holding time to ensure that the material performance meets the requirements.
    2. Surface Treatment: The annealed pure tantalum foils and strips are subjected to surface treatment, which can choose pickling (removing oxide scale) or bright annealing (improving surface finish) to ensure surface quality.
    3. Finishing and Inspection: The finished products are trimmed, slit, and cut to meet customer size requirements; subsequent strict inspections are carried out, including composition re-inspection, dimensional accuracy testing, surface quality testing, mechanical performance testing, etc., to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of American Standard R05200 grade and ASTM B708 standard, with attached material inspection reports and quality certificates.
