Classification by Thickness•Ultra-Thin Nickel Strips and Foils (0.04mm—0.08mm): Extremely thin and light, with outstanding electrical and thermal conductivity, suitable for thickness-sensitive scenarios such as lithium battery tabs, electronic component packaging, and conductive components of precision sensors.
•General-Purpose Nickel Strips and Foils (0.08mm—0.3mm): Balanced flexibility and rigidity, high dimensional accuracy, suitable for conventional scenarios such as terminal blocks of small electronic devices, electrodes of special capacitors, and signal transmission components of precision instruments.
•Medium and High-Strength Nickel Strips and Foils (0.3mm—2.0mm): Excellent mechanical strength and stable temperature resistance, can be used for structural parts such as corrosion-resistant pipeline linings in chemical industry, conductive busbars of large electronic devices, and heating elements of industrial furnaces. -
Classification by Composition and Properties
Core Properties
- Excellent Electrical and Thermal Conductivity: Conductivity is about 60% of copper, with good thermal conductivity, which can efficiently transmit current and heat, ensuring the stable operation of electronic components and power equipment.
- Super Corrosion Resistance: High stability in environments such as neutral salt solutions, organic acids, and weak alkalis. The passivation film formed on the surface can effectively resist corrosion and greatly extend the service life of the product.
- Wide Temperature Range Adaptability: Melting point up to 1455℃, maintaining stable mechanical and electrical properties in the range of -200℃ to 800℃, no embrittlement at low temperature and no softening at high temperature.
- Good Machinability: Precision processing such as cold rolling, stamping, bending, and welding can be easily realized at room temperature. After vacuum annealing, ductility is further improved, which can meet the forming requirements of complex structures.
- Stable Magnetism: Pure nickel has weak magnetism and stable performance in specific magnetic field environments, suitable for electronic instruments and precision equipment scenarios with special magnetic requirements.
