    Production Process

    1. Raw Material Selection: High-purity molybdenum concentrate with a purity of over 99.97% is carefully selected, made into high-purity molybdenum powder through roasting and hydrogen reduction, and pressed into dense molybdenum billets through forming and sintering, ensuring stable raw material performance.  
    2. Billet Pretreatment: Molybdenum billets are subjected to hot rolling and forging to refine the grain structure, improve material uniformity, and lay a foundation for subsequent precision processing.  
    3. Precision Processing: According to drawing requirements, CNC turning, milling, grinding, wire cutting and other equipment are selected to complete forming processing in different processes, and preliminary dimensional inspection is conducted after each process.  
    4. Vacuum Annealing: Processed parts are placed in a 1200℃ vacuum annealing furnace to eliminate processing internal stress, improve material ductility and high-temperature stability, and prevent deformation during later use.  
    5. Finishing and Inspection: Surface polishing and deburring are performed to improve appearance quality; comprehensive inspection is completed using coordinate measuring machines, ultrasonic flaw detection, and material analyzers to ensure compliance with standards.  
    6. Customized Packaging and Delivery: Vacuum packaging or anti-oxidation treatment is carried out according to customer requirements, with material reports and test data sheets attached, and delivery is completed after accurate labeling.
