Specifically optimized for Thailand's growing electronics, glass manufacturing, and thermal processing industries. Explore our core high-purity refractory metal products.
Thailand's industrial sector is undergoing a rapid transition towards high-tech manufacturing, driven by the government's "Thailand 4.0" initiative and massive investments in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). This shift has accelerated the domestic demand for advanced materials capable of withstanding extreme thermal environments. Among these materials, high-purity tungsten crucibles have emerged as a critical component in various high-temperature processing applications across Bangkok, Chonburi, Rayong, and other prominent industrial zones.
As a leading China Tungsten Crucible Manufacturer, Baoji Yunjie Metal Products Co., Ltd. provides precision-engineered tungsten crucibles with a purity level of ≥99.95%. Our products are designed to survive temperatures exceeding 2000°C, making them indispensable for Thailand's metallurgical, semiconductor, and optical crystal growth sectors. By exporting top-tier W1 model tungsten crucibles directly to Thailand, we bridge the gap between advanced material science and Southeast Asia’s booming industrial base.
The localization of tungsten crucible applications in Thailand is diverse, catering to both established heavy industries and emerging tech sectors:

The current trend in the Thai manufacturing market points towards increased component lifespan and reduced downtime. Standard crucibles often fail prematurely due to thermal fatigue or reaction with the molten materials. Thai engineers are increasingly specifying custom-machined tungsten crucibles with optimized grain structures to counter this. As a result, our R&D focus at Baoji Yunjie is dedicated to producing sintered, spun, and welded tungsten crucibles that offer superior creep resistance and uniform wall thickness, minimizing structural distortion under repetitive thermal cycling.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Baoji, Shaanxi—China’s “Titanium Valley” and the country’s largest base for rare-metal processing—Baoji Yunjie Metal Products Co., Ltd. has specialized for over three decades in refractory and specialty metals, including tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, titanium, nickel, and zirconium. Today, Yunjie is recognized as a leading specialist and innovator in the region’s specialty-metal processing industry.
Yunjie operates a 15,000 m² manufacturing campus with 8,000 m² of integrated R&D, production, and office facilities, and a registered capital of RMB 15 million. The company has established comprehensive quality management, production assurance, and in-house R&D and innovation systems—providing end-to-end, hardware-to-process control that underpins stable quality and supports large-scale, high-precision manufacturing.
Our continuous innovation and strict adherence to international standards have earned us prestigious national and regional accolades, ensuring peace of mind for our Thai importing partners.
Focusing on special metals and alloys (W, Mo, Ti, Ta, Nb, Zr, Ni), Yunjie runs complete processing lines—including rolling (calendering), heat treatment, and sheet-metal & precision machining—enabling full in-house control from raw-material processing to finished-product delivery.

Through advanced material engineering, we supply critical components that drive efficiency and performance in complex manufacturing ecosystems.

We believe that quality is the ultimate foundation of enterprise growth. Our strict quality control systems guarantee that every batch exported to Thailand meets international specifications.
"Guided by the principle 'Quality ensures survival, efficiency drives growth, and continuous improvement earns customer satisfaction,' Yunjie has continuously upgraded its quality systems for more than 30 years. With professional manufacturing services and consistently excellent product performance, we have earned the lasting trust of customers in China and around the world."

When purchasing tungsten crucibles for industrial applications in Thailand, selecting the appropriate manufacturing method is critical to achieving the desired thermal performance and longevity. Depending on the operating temperature, atmosphere, and material being processed, you can choose from three main types of tungsten crucibles:
Sintered crucibles are produced using powder metallurgy techniques. Tungsten powder is compacted and sintered in a hydrogen furnace at temperatures reaching 2000°C to 2300°C. These crucibles typically have a density of 18.5 g/cm³ to 18.8 g/cm³. They are highly cost-effective and are widely used in Thailand for sapphire crystal growth (HEM method) and quartz glass melting. Their thick walls provide excellent mechanical stability at high temperatures.
Spun crucibles are fabricated from high-quality tungsten sheets using spinning processes. These crucibles feature thinner walls and a smoother surface finish compared to sintered options. They boast a higher density (close to the theoretical density of tungsten, 19.3 g/cm³) and excellent thermal conductivity. Thai semiconductor laboratories and thin-film coating plants prefer spun crucibles because they minimize material wastage and heat up rapidly, lowering energy consumption.
For complex geometries or extremely large dimensions, machined or welded crucibles are used. These are fabricated from forged tungsten rods or rolled tungsten plates and then precision-machined. They offer the highest structural precision and are ideal for custom-designed thermal field assemblies in Thailand's aerospace and defense manufacturing sectors.
To ensure a smooth procurement process, Thai engineers and purchasing managers should specify the following parameters when contacting China manufacturers:
| Parameter | Standard Specification | Importance for Thai Users |
|---|---|---|
| Purity | ≥99.95% (W1 Model) | Prevents contamination of melted crystals and semiconductor substrates. |
| Density | 18.5 g/cm³ - 19.3 g/cm³ | Higher density improves resistance to corrosion and creep. |
| Operating Temp | Up to 2600°C (in vacuum/inert gas) | Crucial for high-temperature sintering and melting operations. |
| Surface Roughness | Ra ≤ 1.6 μm | Facilitates easier removal of solidified crystals without damaging the crucible. |
We export a comprehensive range of pure tungsten and zirconium solutions to meet the demanding requirements of Thai industrial plants.
